By browsing or ordering from Sarvolo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Product information

We do our best to describe products and show accurate photos. Actual colors, packaging, or minor details may vary slightly from what's pictured.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change at any time. A price change doesn't affect an order you've already placed.

Placing an order

Placing an order is a request to purchase, not an automatic guarantee — we review each order before it's dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we can't deliver to your area. Since orders are paid by cash on delivery, a cancelled order simply means you're never charged.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the delivery courier when your order arrives.

Product safety

Our products are toys and learning tools for children. Please follow any age recommendation or safety guidance shown on the product listing or packaging, and use age-appropriate items under adult supervision where appropriate.

The Sarvolo name, logo, and the content on this site (text, photos, and design) belong to Sarvolo and may not be reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

We aim to describe and deliver products accurately and to resolve any problems fairly, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, Sarvolo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a product or this site beyond replacing or refunding the item as described in that policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
