Privacy Policy
This describes what our systems actually do today. We recommend a legal review of this page before relying on it, particularly if you're outside Bangladesh and subject to a different data-protection law.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information you enter at checkout: your name, email, phone number, delivery address (division, district, area, house/road details, and an optional postal code), and any order notes you add. We use this only to fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
We don't require an account or password to shop with us — there's no login system, so we don't store any credentials.
We don't collect or store any payment card information, because we don't take online payment today — all orders are cash on delivery.
Your cart and wishlist
Items you add to your cart or wishlist are stored in your own browser (technically, in localStorage on your device), not on our servers, until you actually place an order.
Where your order data is stored
Order and product data is stored in our database on Amazon Web Services, hosted in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. It's accessible to the systems that run the store and to the small team that manages orders — it is never sold, and we don't share it with advertisers.
We send order-related emails (confirming we've received your order, and internal notifications to our team) through Amazon's email service. We don't send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used overall — things like which pages are visited, which products are viewed, and where in the buying process people drop off. This never includes your name, email, phone number, or delivery address; it's tied to your browser, not to you personally. We don't use this data for advertising or ad targeting, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Children's information
Sarvolo sells products for children, but orders are placed by adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Your choices
If you'd like a copy of the information we hold about you, or would like it deleted, contact us using the details on our Contact page. We'll do so except where we need to keep order records for legitimate business or legal reasons, such as accounting.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page. The version shown here is the one currently in effect.
